Projekt obejmuje dwa domy dwukondygnacyjne, zaprojektowane jako kameralna forma zabudowy jednorodzinnej, harmonijnie wpisująca się w zielone otoczenie Wilanowa. Koncepcja architektoniczna opiera się na dialogu z krajobrazem oraz na świadomym kształtowaniu relacji pomiędzy przestrzenią prywatną a otoczeniem naturalnym.
Bryły budynków zaprojektowano w oparciu o prostą, klarowną geometrię i stonowaną kompozycję materiałową. Dwukondygnacyjna forma pozwoliła na czytelny podział funkcjonalny – z wyraźnie wyodrębnioną strefą dzienną na parterze oraz częścią prywatną na piętrze. Spokojne proporcje i oszczędne środki wyrazu budują ponadczasowy charakter architektury, podkreślony przez precyzyjnie zaprojektowane detale.
Sercem każdego domu jest przestronna strefa dzienna – salon połączony z jadalnią i kuchnią – zaprojektowana jako centralne miejsce codziennego życia. Otwarty układ tej przestrzeni sprzyja zarówno rodzinnej aktywności, jak i spotkaniom towarzyskim. Bezpośrednie wyjścia do ogrodu oraz możliwość regulacji nasłonecznienia za pomocą zewnętrznych osłon przeciwsłonecznych pozwalają elastycznie kształtować komfort użytkowania wnętrz.
Istotnym elementem projektu są duże przeszklenia, które otwierają wnętrza domów na ogrody i zapewniają ich dobre doświetlenie światłem dziennym. Zastosowanie naturalnych materiałów oraz aluminiowych wykończeń detali okiennych wzmacnia nowoczesny, a jednocześnie elegancki charakter zabudowy. Przemyślane rozwiązania architektoniczne pozwalają na zachowanie prywatności mieszkańców przy jednoczesnym silnym powiązaniu wnętrz z zielenią.
The project comprises two two-storey houses, designed as an intimate form of single-family residential development that blends harmoniously into the green surroundings of Wilanów. The architectural concept is based on a dialogue with the landscape and on the deliberate shaping of the relationship between private space and the natural environment.
The volumes of the buildings are defined by simple, clear geometry and a restrained material composition. The two-storey form allows for a legible functional layout, with a clearly distinguished daytime zone on the ground floor and a private area on the upper floor. Calm proportions and a minimalist architectural language create a timeless character, further emphasised by precisely designed details.
Large areas of glazing are an important element of the project, opening the interiors of the houses towards the gardens and ensuring generous access to natural daylight. The use of natural materials and aluminium finishes for the window details enhances the modern yet elegant character of the development. Carefully considered architectural solutions help maintain the residents’ privacy while strongly connecting the interiors with the surrounding greenery.
At the heart of each house is a spacious living area a living room combined with a dining area and kitchen designed as the central space of everyday life. The open layout supports both family activities and social gatherings. Direct access to the garden, together with the ability to control sunlight through external shading systems, allows the comfort of the interiors to be shaped flexibly according to the needs of the residents.
